Servers
Your excellent people skills will put you at ease
to interact with customers and help co-workers. You must be a team
player willing to help and be courteous to the customers as well
as Co-workers. Who has more contact with our customers than our servers?
You are the hospitality ambassadors making sure that Great Service is
delivered... Every time!
First and Last Impression. Your warm, friendly greeting that
welcomes each customer into our restaurant sets the stage for a positive
dining experience. Your ability to engage in friendly conversation with
the guest is key as you perform duties such as seating, offing menu
suggestions, helping with beverages and light cleaning duties in the
dining room. As the cashier, you are the final quality control of the
guest experience before they leave the restaurant. Their return often is
determined by you sincere handling of their departure.
Cook
You are the maestro in the kitchen orchestrating food orders to come together timely, efficiently and in an eye pleasing way. You are adept at driving the tempo that keeps the kitchen up with the flow of the business. Your knowledge and application of food safety principles is critical for the continued success of the restaurant. You must take pride in following set recipes, cooking food to order and presenting a great looking plate while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. You must be able ot communicate with other employees and willingly honor the special requests our customers make. Great Food comes from you.
